PEET with the support of EPCAD imagined a vibrant foreshore which would entice the public to the development for a life of wellbeing and enjoyment for the whole family, EI were lucky enough to construct that vision. The project included but was not limited to:

• Multi-tiered design
• Design and Installation of Park irrigation system
• Major decorative wall construction
• Pre-cast viewing platforms, overlooking the ocean
• Footpaths and associated concrete works
• Feature handrails and balustrade throughout
• Large turfed areas
• In-situ decorative concrete, curved steps
• Architectural furniture and fittings
• Mature tree transplants
