Project Details
Port Coogee is an upmarket coastal residential development on Cockburn Sound where 500sqm single residential blocks have been sold in excess of $3m each. Environmental Industries has completed works on 4 stages of this new development including a $ 2.8 million Public Open Space on a reclaimed island. Maintenance works on further stages are continuing
Environmental Industries constructed:
- Sound attenuation walls, residential retaining walls including glass/stainless steel balustrade,
- Honed block feature walls, multilevel POS stair construction, feature limestone cladding, signage,
- major street and POS, and passive public boardwalk lighting, brick paving lights
- Soft landscaping including furniture and mature transplants.
