- Major limestone retaining works, lakes and watercourse construction
- Playgrounds, construction of custom timber two storey pavilion,
- Decking, stone pitching and gabion features, bridges, lighting,
- Public open spaces and soft landscaping including broad parkland planting
- Environmental wetland comprising of major irrigation and hand watering of selected wetland areas.
